As a licensed Realtor & Mortgage Loan Officer, Sam can handle everything from Buying and Selling to Purchase and Refinance Loans. With over 20 years of home lending experience, Sam brings his wealth of knowledge to our growing brokerage. Prior to joining Bear Flag in 2023, he spent 7 and a half years as a Vice President and Area Lending Manager with California Bank & Trust, overseeing the bank’s Northern California mortgage lending operation and sales team. He has been a resident of El Dorado County for 20 years, and will continue to serve El Dorado, Sacramento and Placer counties. Community involvement is a priority to Sam, and he serves as a volunteer for several local non-profits. Most importantly, Sam is a family man and spends all his free time with his wife and 2 children playing and exploring all throughout Northern California.
